I have had 2 previous electric toothbrushes. I have found them to be ok - not particularly effective but frankly less effort than manual brushing. The Oral B Triumph is in a different league.

Take out the brush and it is solid, quite heavy and stylish. It feels and looks like a serious piece of gadgetry. We bought the Oral B Triumph 9900 - it costs a few Pounds more but comes with a separate SmartGuide display which tracks your progress and doubles up as a clock when not in use.
The design and the stand is classy and the multi voltage charger and travel case are a nice bonus if you get so attached to it you take it on holiday!

So does it work? yep - it's BRILLIANT! I have always suffered with plaque between my teeth which are close together despite flossing daily.I have used the Oral B Triumph for a month (with the standard floss action brushhead) and I can honestly say there is not a trace of plaque!! Add to that my teeth feel cleaner and fresher than they have for years. My whole family have said the same.

So the brush looks and feels great and really works. Add to that the great gadgetry built in to entertain you and the Braun Oral B Triumph is a winner. I would recommend it to everyone
